Founder’s Background
The company is led by its founder, Matan Konwitz, who brings 14 years of experience at Johnson & Johnson, with comprehensive specialization across the full Ethicon surgical portfolio spanning all major clinical practices.
Alongside this broad surgical background, he has developed long-standing and in-depth expertise in women’s health, built through sustained clinical engagement, training, and implementation activities.
Throughout this period, he worked closely with all public hospitals in Israel as well as with private clinics, supporting operating room teams across a wide range of surgical disciplines and clinical environments.
His professional experience includes the establishment and development of private clinics, the design and delivery of extensive clinical training and implementation programs, and hands-on collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders — including surgeons, nursing teams, biomedical engineering, sterilization units, hospital management, and procurement departments.
